The City of Presidio was incorporated November,
1981, under the provisions of Articles 961 through 1164 A-l0 V.T.C.S., as
amended, General Law City. The City operates under a Council-Mayor form of
government and provides the following services: public safety, public works,
culture, recreation, and community development. The City Council voted to start
assessing property taxes on September 1, 1990. The Mayor is Alcee Tavarez,and
the Council Members are: Mr. Antonio Manriquez, Mr. Alfred Muniz, Ms.
Jovita Pando, Mr. Boy Estrada, and Mr. Salvador Hernandez
We had discussions this morning that allowed me to pull away from the planning made in the previous bead [22].
My own inclination is to stay in Taos this winter. However, the future is unsettled until I have a discussion with the general manager of Lajitas. An opening maybe developed from this discussion, based on business enhancements beneficial to the Foundation.

The Ten Bit Ranch is one of the properties that we are interested in being associated with.
We are looking for a 40 – 80 acre ranch that can be transformed into an “Off the Grid” FDA authorized goat cheese manufacturing ecosystem.
One of the technologies that we expect to introduce is solar generators and water management systems like filtration and rain collection systems.
