The Concept of the Taos Tea Shop
By looking at the map, one sees that the Indian Hills Inn would become the north east corner of the intersection between the proposed state connector between 68 and 64. The three pictures below are taken on the primary piece of property (19 acres) now owned by the Couse Trust.

The view of Taos Mountain to the North

One can see the edge of the Taos historic district

This picture represents the type of architecture that we wish to extend down the slope
from Quesnel Street

One Proposed Usage
The 19 home subdivision would be gated and would have adobe wall and gardens
The state connector would have adobe walls on both sides, sidewalks and garden areas
The Promenade Park would have no streets, but would have golf cart pathways and adobe shops
The parking would be sufficient for 60 – 80 cars
The dry creek would be engineered to have running water (circulated )
The Indian Hills would be re-architected to include an artist community center and the Taos Research Center
