Dear Jay,
Allow me to specify my position. The basis SW idea is to make Web content machine-readable. Today's Web content presents business/individual/events announcements.
Is today's Web content worthy of so rapt attention?
Suppose SW engine found for me a claimed product or service. At that, it was driven by presented information.
Doubts arise in my mind.
On the one hand, I am not sure that my request will solve my problem. On the other hand, I don't trust Web information presented by interested party.
Third party is needed, namely, an Arbiter that aware in detail both my activity and an activity of the interested party. Sufficiently knowledgeable Arbiter will not only unite interested parties with each other for their subsequent interaction, but it will prevent the problems appearance, and it will provide solution of appeared problems by its principals' knowledge utilization. In order to provide such service, the Arbiter has to exploit an ontological engineering approach, guaranteeing interoperability of represented principals’ operational knowledge.
Just that I mean by suggested Global Experience Platform.
Thank in advance for your reply,
Alex
