The first breakthrough has occurred. A two sided, three fold, brochure was composed from the 84 images we have. Thirty images were selected and organized into a retrospective of the recent art of artist Pruitt/ThunderBow.

It is hard to explain why I feel this brochure makes a breakthrough. I will try. The core idea is that if these 660 giclee extensions can be distributed, then we will have seen the virtual museum system start up.
This brochure can be printed in color and folded to make an 8 by 3 1/3 inch folded presentation of Giclees on paper. All of these thirty images are available in an edition of 20 with 2 artist proofs. The total being presented for sale is 660 pieces. The total retail value of this presentation is discussed in the next bead à [46]
The main challenge is found in having them produced and signed. The artist is willing, and the production can be arranged. The signing, if it is to occur in Taos, has to occur here in Taos within a few days or a week. If we cannot do this now then we must look to bring the Giclee Extensions to the Big Bend for the signing. Waiting may have some advantages.

During her visit we took delivery from Barry 32 Giclee Extensions on paper, which were signed as artist proofs. These are available in the brochure showing twelve images. The retail value of these is $5360.00. The direct production costs, outside of the digital scans was $820.00. The scans are $90 each. Each of the Giclees is packaged in a clear plastic envelop, and is either 16*20 in paper size or 11*14. Shipping is easy with this size, and can be done with UPS for under $20.

With this inventory added to the 62 original oil paintings, the Foundation has a great deal to work with.
