Why is the academy not interested in a possible evolution of formalism directed at modeling the characteristics of state transitions that are not modeled well by Hilbert mathematics, or any other formalism?
Why is incumbency all that is needed to be an authority?
Why can we not see the argument that there are undesirable
general system properties of university tenure and institutionalization of
federal funding? Why can we not make
the connection between computer science and information science, as it has
developed and become entrenched, and the poor performance of IT?
