Reasoners based on DL algorithms can not handle OWL Full.
There are essentially 2 ways to implement OWL inferencing:
1) DL algorithms based reasoners (examples, Cerebra and
Pellet)
2) Rule based reasoners (examples, Jena native reasoning,
Oracle 10 G RDFS reasoning (and upcoming, at some point, OWL reasoning),
Ontoprise Ontobroker, RDF Gateway, IBM's SNOBASE)
