Note from a scholar

I have a question, (addressed privately to another scholar).

Paul Prueitt has spoken a lot about the importance of the esoteric dimension of life -- really, the aspect of the human mind that goes beyond what we could explain or imagine if we assumed that the mind is just a product of interacting neurons. The aspect that allows the kind of synchronicity or psychic phenomena which many consider outright impossible.

While I try hard not to be pushy about it, I, like Paul Prueitt, also believe that this aspect is both real and important. But I have many friends and allies who do not, and that is why I try hard not to push the matter, or even mention it when it could cause discomfort, etc.

My question to you is:

What kind of position would you take on this question, in private?

I am not asking as a matter of idle curiosity. The matter is of great importance to Paul Prueitt and his plans, and it does affect what kinds of discussions would make sense in pursuit thereof.
