Evaluation of the Intelligence technology

Many primary scientists are disappointed in the system.

In our present environment, it is possible for a small community of scientists and technology innovators to advance concepts and technologies that positively alters the nature of information technology and mass media. History has set the stage for an accomplishment that could not have occurred before now.

We may be able to globally transform the nature of information control for the following reasons:

1)       The patent space in computer algorithms is limited in much the same way as certain classes of algebraic groups are limited.  Theorems, the most important one (private communication to Dr. Prueitt– 2001) by Dr. Harold Szu (NSWC- DoD retired) establish the mathematical foundation for a forced set aside of all patents on computer processes.   A single legislative, or judicial, action based on patent law precedent (Apple verses Microsoft) AND public consensus around a set of mathematical theorems can be accomplished, thus ending the confusion cased by improper PTO decisions.

2)       CoreSystem has been developed sufficiently to provide a replacement of “all” Internet software with a single system that is ultra-stable and provably secure.  Due to the set aside of all computer software patents, the CoreSystem and the community based Open but Protected IP repositories provide control and transparency over all Internet transactions.

3)       The provision of public disclosure of the foundational principles of a “completed” science of computation leads to a legal and social foundation for new forms of manufacturing such as discussed in the BCNGroup bead game dialog.  { + }

Some people naturally bring innovation into adoption well.  But for most innovators, it is not easy to create the business model.  Creating the Safe Net will provide a transactional environment where people exchange information based on Open Source software model where authorship of information is respected.

Our work is uniquely qualified to be part of the defense and offense protecting our world, and our children’s world.

Much more could be done to bring a knowledge technology into the market so that our society can understand the nature of the threats we as a civilization face and the opportunities we a blessed with.
