I just do not understand why anyone could image that this is something easy to do. Well, perhaps it is true that it has not been done by anyone as yet.
But we have developed an architecture, called the Tri-level architecture. This architecture depends on three levels of organization.
1) a set of semantic primitives
2) a formative outcome caused by perception
3) a perceiving constraint.
