Private mediation brings an awareness of the lines of influence in a social situation.

involves action. Appreciation builds the social field needed to create a National Project.
Our small community now protects a newly emerging social field against those lines of influence that are not supportive. The collapse of a plan to combine the meeting between BCNGroup founders, KMPro founders and a representative of The Union Institute is one example of how a field of appreciation can be collapsed by the action of someone whose interest is elsewhere.
A new field of appreciation has been generated. It is uncertain as to whether or not the KMPro and the BCNGroup will find a way to co-generate an appreciative field that both can advance with. The issues related to Knowledge Management certification programs and academically grounded curriculums for the knowledge science are also uncertain.
A number of potential lines of action will become better understood after the first of the year, now only three days away. Near term activity has been established to address the short-term financial requirements for the process leading to the national Project. Long-term activity has also been established.
From our perspective we see the following enumeration:
· The REAL Program, described as requiring new innovations for the real time analysis of real situations, at DARPA has to either fund the SAIC/OntologyStream proposal, submitted Sept 3red 2003, or not fund anything. The reason is that our proposal brings with it the categoricalAbstraction (cA) and eventChemistry (eC) that is already widely known and which is the real time measurement of the real structure in language. Many people, program managers, at DARPA understand that cA and eC is the immediate and correct way to approach real time analysis of real situations. In the New Year, DARPA’s Director, Dr. Anthony J. Tether, will be contacted regarding the REAL program decision. We are asking leading scholars to peer review the proposal and to make this peer review available to Dr. Tether.
· The dataRenewal Inc (LLP) investment template is available for an investor to take an economic position on technology based on co-occurrence of terminology in human expression. This template is not published but can be acquired by request to the BCNGroup Director. The business model includes standing up a citizen centric document repository subject matter indexing capability that is not un-cumbered by a fee for use for a nine-month period. During which time, the patent pending subject matter retrieval technology will be exposed and various communities supported in developing subject matter indicator taxonomy for each significant federal or state public document repository. At the end of the nine months, the LLP will be sold to the highest bidder, and the pricing model for the service will be handed to the new owners.
· The InOrb LLP investment template is available to an investor at a very low cost, ($30,000 total investment). The InOrb product is an Orb SDK (Ontology Referential Base Software Development Kit) using Perl and Python. The term of the investment is 90 days, with a target of returning 200% of the investment to the investor. The template is published.
· The Knowledge Technologies Toolkit for Kids (K-12) CD is under development. A proposal to the National Science Foundation has been drafted but not submitted. We are looking for patrons who will investment in the CD and in the distribution of this CD to all school systems, with permission to copy.
· The OntologyStream capitalization plan is still active but we are reluctant to communicate very much about a stock distribution until we find someone who is knowledgeable about SEC rules.
· The Action – Influence – Control model is developed by Professor William Smith and is positioned for use by the community. This model may be used to organize the Washington DC Knowledge Management Community in support of the BCNGroup’s proposed National Project to Establish the Knowledge Sciences as an Academic Discipline. A series of seminars on AIC is in the early stages of planning and could be championed by one of the leading KM organizations. The lines of influence that could be brought by this organization would be part of a total set of influence channels leading to the creation of a poliversity as the home of the National Project.
· The BCNGroup Communities Bead Game now has a complete architecture. InOrb Technologies will develop the first prototype of the Communities Bead Game as soon as we get a week to apply the Orb and Indexing SDK to forum elements.
