The InORB Technologies investment plan is at:

The dataRenewal LLP investment plan was not published, but represented a more aggressive version of the InORB plan. The InORB Technologies investment plan is derived form the dataRenewal Inc plan. These investment plans are designed to template the formation, funding and enhance long term viability of many hundreds of Knowledge Technology companies, as consistent with the 1997 BCNGroup Charter.
The new tutorial on InORB use is at:

We are still working on this tutorial, as well as the underlying computational processes. The provision patent is published at:

We are asking for peer review and notice of prior art.
The objective of the BCNGroup Founding Committee is to ignite the Knowledge Technologies Sector (estimated to become comparative to the IT sector within one year.)
The model of this ignition is a pond of pure liquid water in a controlled setting where the temperature has been lowered to 20 degrees (F). We model the failure of the venture capital markets and incorrect government funding/procurement behaviors. Specific processes are conjectured to be functioning in the role of a localizable process. This local process has been able to keep the early crystallization formation from occurring.
Each time one of the knowledge technologies has been advanced as a commercial product, the Powers That Be act (unaware of the behavior, ie as a system field force), to inhibit the success of the product. This has, we conjecture, happen thousands of times in the past decade.
A general systems model is available based on the work of the Cambridge Group (Donald Campbell).
The state transition, from chaos to stability, should occur in a fashion similar to the state transition of the water when a certain critical threshold is reached. Like the collapse (1989- 1992) of the communist party in the former Soviet Union, the transition once allowed to occur completely will not be reversible.
