Folks;
Through the week my mind tends to get sidetracked by the many activities, ideas, suggestions and thoughts.
On its own at the weekend all of this tries to come together. The weekend isn't over yet so the process still has a way to go. It is still producing questions.
Q1: Where are we in this first round of the process?
Q2: And what should be our main focus now?
Q3: Have we covered enough of the groundwork of the appreciative phase for each of us to have our own appreciation of the potential and the realities of the major ideas proposed?
Q4: Have we progressed enough in putting aside (for this phase only) positive, negative or neutral labels on each others contributions or perspectives (at least does everyone seems to be honestly trying?).
Q5: Are we comfortably in the influence phase? (Of course there will always be excursions back but not derailing ones)
Q6: Have we identified the major possible ways forward and have we given them a thorough challenge? (Yes here we do get into positives and negatives - but we also give reasons).
Q7: Do we agree that we must move forward on all three levels - though at different rates and emphases depending on resources, degree of influence etc. etc. i.e. the
Igniting the North
Virginia Corridor,
developing stakeholders to play an intermediate role by supporting our efforts as related to their own area of interest?
Q8: Do we know what areas make up this middle ground do we know who the stakeholders are?
Q9: At the control level we all need resources to live. What are those resources, and how can we as a community help each other.
Q10: We have seen the potential to develop curricula through KM Pro and I'm excited that AIC could be one of those modules. Is anything stopping us from moving on this.
Q12: Before the control level activity consumes our time available for this project, do we feel we have done enough of the middle ground (influence) work?
