Hi Paul,
As I understand our discussion this morning, we are looking at a new paradigm in education about computers. One which has integrated into it a focus on knowledge science, knowledge management, and content management.
“Content management" is kind of a vacuous term, since "content" really means "stuff", so we are talking about management of "stuff" ;-).
The goal of the proposal is to use Python 3 as a tool specifically tailored for use in these areas.
I am left with the impression that it involves putting tools into the hands of students and educators that empower them as both consumers and producers of knowledge.
