I will be at a family reunion on the east coast until the 16^th, and then will drive to Taos over the period July 17^th through 20, arriving back in Taos on the 20^th.

This seems a long period for me to be away. But, during this time the agreements and corporate charters of the two Corporations will be established.

will be created.

My father has set up his camp on the property of the Indian Hills Inn, in Taos.

The Foundation is talking with a Film Director about coming to Taos in August and producing a commercial quality DVD on the presentation of “acquisition windows” into some of the Pruitt images in oils.

Developing proper “branding” language for the new art extension and art acquisition processes is the key here.

We are doing sometime new. The creative extension and art acquisition will make sense to the clients of the Foundation and Company and will be exciting for them.

The development of an art image distribution system will possibly be a competitor to the Kincaid “phenomenon’. Of course, this alternative may increase the sales of fine art “extensions” in the DVD form, as streaming media in the Internet, and as image reproductions on canvas and paper.

The philosophical foundations to the new art extension and appreciation processes will be drawn from my discussions with you, Barry, and with Kelly and some of the current collectors.

I have also invited Jesse to be involved as his time permits, and request that he send to psp && @ ontology stream.com his email. (delete the &&).

Others are involved in developing a DVD that will stream to a high resolution television monitor.

· An image of one of the original oils is shown on the high resolution screen hanging on the wall of a house, or a business .

· The display of new images is controlled by a set of digital ears and sensors, measuring the ambient temperature and other conditions in the room. The technology is based on the Knowledge Operating System (KOS) event profiling and demonstrates an adaptive anticipation of event structure in the room [1]

· Regions of the image are selected by the KOS and displayed.

· A new image of a different original oil is displayed for a period of a KOS specified number of minutes, and then the regions of this oil image is shown in some sequence determined by the KOS.

[1] While the technical explanation of event structure is complex, we need only note here that the technology is underlying the KOS and anticipatory web services. The user will simply see an adaptive presentation of images and regions of images in a way that is interesting to view.
