I have invented parts of a new Human-centric Information Production technology
notational system at:

One of the break throughs is called I-RIBs (In memory referential information bases) where a keyless hash table with no collisions and no empty containers is easily demonstrated. The invention's current implementation actually infringes on a 2003 Primentia patent - but there is an easy way around this.
In fact, the innovation is but one of a new class of methods for organizing data invariance at several levels of resolution. This work has only my provision patent submissions within a large potential patent space. I want to make it all Open Source and public domain, simply because the potential value is far greater than any one person (except perhaps Bill Gates) could imagine capturing personally.
Other innovators are in a similar position, having intellectual property that is not disclosed or is only communicated within a small circle.

The speed at which set membership can be conducted allows scatter gather methods, on massive data sources, to reach results within seconds. This makes a class of similarity methods interactive and near real time, and thus one can get to an notion of real time situational (formative) ontology.

This new work extends into something like a string theory for linguistics. More can be said about this. This involves my mentor Karl Pribram's work on what is the nature of phase coherence in brain regions and how structural invariances create object persistence in perception.
I would like to stress that the Orb (Ontology referential base) is an existing technology that can be demonstrated.

This systemic problem between science and computer science is at the core of a larger problem, with fundamentalism.
I could use some help if you and your group are interested. I am 52, and have three daughters and a wife. The struggle against the funding biases has been difficult. The problem that I have latched on really needs to be settled by the leading academics.
