The
BCNGroup issue is about what IP needs to be expressed to make a
Framework based CoreOntology work for government agencies now. We are
concerned with how to just to stand up the capability that is needed now.
Our
work is the synthesis of the works of many others, but in the context of
"real" cognitive neuroscience, and applied semiotics.

means that less emphasis is paid to traditional IT and ontology standards. We are looking to by-pass certain problems.

We feel
honored to have the grasp of the algorithms, data encoding and related issues
that allows us to think that there is a solution outside the current
consulting/contracting practices.
My sense is that our colleagues will stand up something that is surprising on and that this may get someone's attention as to what a Manhattan type project to re-structure computer science and Information technology would do for National Security.
