The technology from which Ontology
referential bases (Orbs) are formed is
based on a use philosophy called HIP (Human-centric Information
Production).
Formative ontology
differentiates in real time the imposition of interpretation by humans.
The result is a knowledge operating
system that mediates the two sides of Tim Berners Lee’s notion of the Semantic
Web.
The work by Sandy Klausner on a
iconic design and constraint language is based on work by Jerome Bruner and on
the principles enumerated in the cubist design literature. (see Frame 4 of the Macromedia presentation
on Core System )
This work is consistent with instructional design literatures, including those within the cognitive growth and ecological psychology disciplines.
