Communications on a National Project
My feeling is that Stephen Grossberg, Lofti Zadeh, Walter
Freeman, Stu Hameroff, Karl Pribram, Daniel Levine, and a few others would be
willing to sign onto a five-year project to:
1) Revisit the use of computer architectures and
algorithms facilitating the compression of human natural language into ontology
and the use of ontology expression as natural language
2) Develop for the first time a unified science of
knowledge creating, sharing and management.
This is what I am proposing, subject to editing and discussions.
