[1] ß Discussion between Peter Stephenson and Paul Prueitt
White Paper on Incident Information Orb Architecture (IIOA) à
Tom and Pat,
First, the link at [143] is edited to indicate those presentation that BCNGroup associated scholars may be prepared to present to Dr. David Day's Orals at Mitre on Nov 8th or 9th.
I have again used the conventions of three circles to include in the discussion those who may have an interest in the Anticipatory Technology Challenge Problem.
Our apologies if the stream of bead game messages is of concern to anyone. One does the best that one can, in regard to these issues. We are in the process of forming a community of scientists and scholars, to advocate and receive the proper level of federal funding so that our science can be established.
Mary Ann (O) and I talked a long time last night. The ARDA Challenge Workshop funding may have been designated before the RFP was issued. These things happen, perhaps are very common now. So, there is nothing to say about this.
I am requesting a special project be considered at the agency where Mary Ann works. This special project should start with a three-day conference and some preliminary funding to help the participants properly prepare.
I post the version 2 of Part 1 of the Readware Framework for Knowledge Processing for comment by those who may consider being involved in the development of the Centers of Excellence and National Project. We recognize that this version will be updated and edited as we receive comment.
