The application of an enhanced LSI system could be the foundational technology for a knowledge-sharing (Virtual Private Network), as discussed in
http://www.bcngroup.org/area2/knowledgeSharingFoundation.htm
and as proposed to DARPA, NIMA and In-Q-Tel. These proposals would all use SAIC (Telcordia Technologies) patents, if funded.
