Woody
Crumbo and I are proposing the following:
1.0: ) A
new power generation facility in the desert outside of Truth or Consequences
(Hot Springs) New Mexico.
1.1) Power for 10,000 homes (this is measured financially if one assumes $80 a month electric bill for small home). this number is $800,000 per month
1.2) 800,000 dollars per month is the target value of the Resilience New Mexico Project.
1.3) the infrastructure is in place, but the regions around T or C NM, are buying this power from a non-green electrical production plant in northern AZ
1.3.1: ) this plant is subject to long standing complaints from people (Navajo and Hopi) who live there.
1.4) The property is adjacent to large BLM tracts and to major power transmission lines (in the desert)
1.5) The local communities are very supportive of the first Resilience NM project being situated in three counties in Southern NM
1.5.1: ) Measurement of citizen input based on technologies Prueitt designed for the original Clinton e-Gov program (1996).
2.1:) Sustainable use of water, control (use) of
waste and control of loss due to other circumstances
2.1.1: ) Semiotic control over aquatic systems (Prueitt’s 1997 design)
2.1.2: ) Essential element of a sustainable system,
provides food, fuel and electrical power (from falling water)
2.1.3: ) Semiotic control of spectrum of energy and
orchestration of production and distribution by one individual human.
3.1:) Production of crops
3.1) Migratory birds can be brought to rest to feed
3.2) Grants from
our government for monitoring the health of migratory birds
4.0:) Aquaculture
4.1.: ) Semiotic control over small aquatic farm systems (research and implementation)
4.2.: ) Tri-level architecture for the control of naturally
stratified control regimes (Prueitt, 2007)
5.0)
Small manufacturing with fully measured zero environmental impact
6.0)
Resort environments – mediation – spiritual work
6.1) Sanctuary New Mexico
7.0:)
Grey water treatment and recycling at the home or home co-op level.
7.1: ) Taking functions of the city government and placing into trust as part of the Resilience Project nation-wide
7.2.: ) Prototype the national RP in NM as .. Resilience New Mexico Project (Governor Richardson)
8.0: )
Direct financial support for cultural facilities like museums and colleges
8.0.1.: ) virtualTaos and safeNet design documentation (ask Paul or Mary)
8.0.2.: ) many in many out paradigm (financial, metabolic, systems theory,
immunity for other resiliences )
9.0: )
Agricultural sciences, DVDs, film and music presentations
General Principle:
The
production of anything should not be outsourced for mass production or
distribut6ion distribution (without a good cause fully and transparently
justified).
Within
the Educational Arena
A site
should be provided where the members of this community can offer skills in a
formal setting. General education for
the community can be focused on the nature and technologies of the Resilience
Project.
