We have completed foundational work in what might be called Total Information Awareness type technologies,

but our strongest interest is in creating an extension of the university system that is virtual, and allows adult learners to earn PhDs in the sciences and mathematics related to human awareness and communication.

Since early 1990s, we have talked with leading scientists about the problems that the university system has with truly interdisciplinary work related to human thought, social systems, general systems theory, etc... We have listened and have reflected about what has been communicated by these minds.

placed, as well as organizational notes leading to the notion of a National Project
