Communication to Nathan
It is necessary to make an evolution of the Orb technology from the Berkley db to I-RIBs. Don and I may decide to make this evolution. Already we have I-RIBs under the hood for the SLIP technology:

We also have the possibility of developing out a Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) based Peer-to-Peer Knowledge Operating System that addresses the following five issues
1) is completely owned and under the control of local government
2) provides transactional transparency using the concept of superDistribution
3) provides data encoding using Don's Matrix 32 technology (an extension of I-RIB constructions)
4) provides educational and health care (secure and non-commercial) communication services
5) citizen centric governance functions such as access to public document repositories (using Orbs)
The purpose of proposed workshops is to
1) discuss planning for the proposed National Project to Establish the Knowledge Science as an Academic Discipline
2) develop the full cost of a wireless, peer-to-peer, knowledge operating system, including physical infrastructure (wireless towers), and software
3) develop proposals for funding under current Department of Homeland Security rural community communications infrastructure development programs
We are developing some new posting as beads into:

Part of what would be useful is to produce new Orbs for these bead games on a weekly update, and to configure an index (any one that works to provide a 100% key word retrieval).
As discussed before, the visualization issue can be side stepped by providing the subject matter taxonomy "upper taxonomy" as a set of, say, 200 "centers", each center having a set of elements simply displayed on a web based browser as click able links into I-RIB using only a Perl script.

In this way, we can demonstrate a BCNGroup Communities Glass Bead Game functionality now.
The API to Groove may allow a contract with DoD on the use of the SLIP plus gF browsers as part of biodefense system and intelligence vetting systems.
