The issue is Internet infrastructure in this rural counties that support

increased potential community resilience

in case of natural crisis or

an attack from an asymmetric source

This is a homeland security issue.

I have heard that some companies are working to structure a BAA to bring wireless and optical Internet infrastructure into the "last mile" within the rural communities nation wide.

We might acquire the political support from rural counties as part of a national center of excellence effort.

My question is about how to bring into economic/social contact the

1) consortium of local political leadership,

2) state political leadership, and

3) national leadership at this meeting.
